Information we collect
When you submit an application or contact request, we may collect your name, business or agency name, email address, phone number, website or Google Business Profile URL, market, number of locations, account concerns, and any additional information you choose to provide.
We may also collect technical and attribution information such as the page you visited, referring page, campaign parameters, browser and device information, timezone, viewport size, submission timestamp, and a privacy-protective hash used for abuse prevention.
How we use information
- Evaluate and respond to your application or request.
- Prepare a proposed scope, schedule, or service recommendation.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and lead-capture process.
- Measure which campaigns or pages generated an application.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and security of Stakeout, applicants, clients, and partners.
Contact communications
When you submit a form, you authorize Stakeout to contact you about that request by phone, email, or text. The current forms do not request consent for automated marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply to ordinary text communications.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website, deliver application notifications, manage scheduling, prevent abuse, measure website activity, or support the requested service. These providers may include Vercel, Resend, an approved lead webhook or CRM, scheduling providers, and analytics tools configured by Stakeout.
Sharing and sale of information
Stakeout does not sell application information. Information may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf, with professional advisers when necessary, in connection with a business transaction, or when required to comply with law or protect legitimate rights and safety.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including follow-up, service delivery, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, but reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also ask Stakeout to stop non-contractual communications.
